SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Senator Marie Alvarado-Gil (R-Jackson) will hold a press conference to discuss SB 1234 (Leo’s Law), important legislation that would require fentanyl to be included in court-mandated drug testing before child reunification. The Senator’s office announced the legislation last week.
Following the press conference, Leo's Law will be heard in the Senate Judiciary Committee at 1:30pm.
